Mama baje Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know

Mama Baje (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh and select other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Mama Baje and its users.

When you create an account, log in, or use the Mama Baje platform in any way, you are automatically considered to have read and accepted all of these Terms and Conditions.

• Nagad — Instant deposits, withdrawals in 5–30 minutes
• Rocket — Instant deposits; withdrawals in 10–60 minutes

The minimum deposit is ৳500 BDT and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 BDT. Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account level.

The mobile banking number used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the account holder. Payments to third-party accounts will not be processed.

General terms applicable to all bonuses:

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.

Mama baje reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Order from a court or regulatory authority
• Security-related reasons

Users may close their account at any time. In that case, any remaining balance will generally be refunded within 7 business days, provided no rule violations are found.
